I live with my grandpa, 2 aunts, my mom, and my cousin. I have a lot of cousins here, because almost everyone in Shishmaref are related. My tida is my cousin but I call her tida because shes just like my sister. In our language tita mean sister, but i grew up saying tida, shes a Marine stationed at Serbia right now.

I would like to go to Italy, Paris, and Sweden, and a lot of other places.

One of the two things that worried me about going to Anchorage for the exchange, was that I thought I wouldnt like my host family, but I do, and I miss them a lot. I hope to see them soon! Another thing was the huge school, but it turned out okay, I met some pretty cooool people there =) I really miss MANDY! and davide! I hope to go to Anchorage soon to go see them. One thing that I think change me because of this is that they make meeting people and travelling seem really fun, and I am going to try to save money to go to Italy to see davide! I was kind of stressed out and kind of scared, but at the end of it I had sooo much fun and I really miss it there. If i could have changed that I would have talk with the Anchorage kids more, I would have been less shy and would hang out with my host family more. But hopefully I will get to see them soon. I miss alll of them!

Aww today is the last night with the Anchorage kids! =( I really dont want them to leave in the morning!!!! Im gonna miss them oh sooooooooooooooooooo much! ='( Im really glad Mandy loved the gift I made her =D made me tear up. I am gonna miss them a whole lot, I wish they didnt have to leave so soon, it feels like they just got here! =( Today was pretty fun though so thats cool. Tonight I am going to try to spend as much time as I can with the Anchorge kids because I wont get to see them for a long time, and I probably wont get to see Davide any more =( it sucks...It was AWESOME to see that people in the village were wanting to meet the Anchorage kids, and people wanted to help as much as they can, and taught us things we didnt know, so that was pretty cool =D This week has been the best week so far this month =D I wish they would have been here for my Birthday though =( But oh well its otay...Otay well I think thats it for today....

omg today is the 5th day with the Anchorage kids! We tried going sliding but there were overflows blocking the hill. I really wanted to go sliding but we couldnt. I didnt like riding there because I was scared but coming back it was so much fun and exciting. We raced and it was just super fun! We raced back, we won at first but one of the boys caught up with us, but it was still funn! Right now we are in Steves room having a wii night! =) pretty awesome. I really dont want them to be leaving on saturday already....it sucks =( but tomorrow, I want to try to spend as much time as I can with them =) Otay well I think I will be done for today =) =D

Today was kind of fun...I didnt really like making the ice fish hooks because it was scary using the power drill...haha but crocheting was pretty fun because I finally learned how to start a hat. After crocheting we made our kuspuks but I am not done with mine yet. I finally cut the patterns out. I saw Helen today, which is awesome, because I see her everyday =) Hopefully I will get more farther on my kuspuk today! Otay I think that will be enough for today =)

Today is the 3rd day with the Anchorage kids =D Im soo glad they are heree! They went in the bilingual classroom and they carved and sewed. It was pretty cool to see all of them carving at the same time. We went to go watch the ball games, my mom is playing and its kind of embarrassing, but coool. =) Hopefully we will do more fun stuff tomorrow, because thats when the Inupiaq Dayz starts =) I cant wait to start our kuspuks and fish hooks and everything =) All day today my back has been hurting really bad from riding in the sled yesterday when we went ice fishing. Hopefully it will get better soon. Yesterday I didnt feel too good either, but I am much better today. I really dont want the kids to leave on saturday =( Otay well I think I am done for today =)

Today is the second day that the Anchorage kids have been heree! It was super fun, we went to school for half the day and then went ice fishing after lunch. Little Hen and Maegan were the only ones who caught fish, but it was still super fun! We taught them how to play Mana Mana Ma and the teams were boys against girls! =) It was a lot of fun, I want to play it again =D I didnt really enjoy the ride there because I dont like riding in sleds....I kept screaming like the whole ride there. haha but it was okay. Oh yeah and we had breakfast with Clifford, he makes the best sour dough pancakes =) It was my first time having sour dough pancakes, when he said they were over 92 year old dough I thought he was lying. But it was true, and I thought it was very weird but cool. Tonight we are starting our kuspuks so thats cool. Otay im done for now =)

Today, the Anchorage kids came at about 11 something =) it was awesomeeee =D I was super excitedd. WE WON THE PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT ONCE AGAIN!!!! =D omg Im superr exciteeddddddd! =D We made them a sign saying Welcome to Shishmaref! =) And it almost blew way from the wind. But little hen caught it =) we didnt get to go dog mushing =( but we did the photo scavenger hunt so that was super fun! =) Im so glad today finally came! I missed all of them a lot. It was a lot of fun running around getting pictures of almost everything on the list =) Im super excited about the upcoming days =D Gonna be so much fun with them heree =) Im really bummed out that we cant go to hotsprings tomorrow, I was really looking forward to going there, but atleast we get to go ice fishing! I havent gone in years!!! Otayy well im done for today =)

hey everyone! well we are back home now, I miss Anchorage a lot...I really miss everyone I met and I miss my host family a lot! And I miss Mandy a lot too! I wish I can do that again I had soo much fun there, and it was awesome being in Anchorage =D During Model UN, it was kind of boring though, but I still enjoyed being in Anchorage =) And when we went to the airport, My host dad and brother came to see us goodbye, and that was AWESOME! =D Gosh I miss them tons and tons! =( But Ill see them again, I just cant wait to see them. Omg when we were there, we went to Dimond Center, and we were there when the shooting happened, and it was super duper scary, makes me dont want to go there anymore. But yeah, other than that, my trip was AWESOME! =D I miss going to West. And I just miss being there, with everyone, I soo cant wait till they come in April! Feels like a really long time, but hopefully time will go by faster and ill be able to see all of them again. When we moved to the hotel, it kinda sucked, because I kept missing my host family, and I really missed going to school with Davide and seeing everyone, and seeing Mandy everyday at school! But now, I added almost everyone on facebook so we can keep in touch and yeah, all of them are very very coool, and fun to be around, and they're all nice and awesome. Okay well if I think of something else I want to write about I will write about it =D I MISS EVERYONE!

Heyyyyy =) well today is our last day with our host families =( I cant believe its already over and that we are moving to the hotel. I liked it here, I love their house, its beautiful! =) Well today was AWESOME! it was like the best day of the week =) I had a lot of fun at Mandys house, me and Davide won the scavenger hunt!!! I was soooo excited when they said we won because I thought we would lose, but we did really good! I was so happy. Im bummed out because tomorrow we dont get to be in school with our host brothers or sisters =( I am going to miss EVERYONE! They were awesome, and im going to miss all the people I met at West High School, they're soo cool! I really liked it here, wish we coulda stayed longer! Oh yeah and Mandy is like the best! Shes sooo coool! I heart her! =) I am soo glad I got to meet her =) Shes a really really fun and awesome teacher =) Her and Angie are like the same coolness =) They are both like the same kind of person, which is very cool =) I am going to miss her a lot. I cant wait till they all go to Shishmaref now. Im gonna miss Davide, hes pretty awesomeee =D its too bad we wont get to see him any more after April =( that part is really really sad....=( Okay well I think that might be enough for tonight. laterz! hope you like my blog =)

Hey peoplez! today in school, in cooking class, we actually made pigs in a blanket. It was cool to make it but gross to taste it...I didnt like how it taste so i gave mine to bug. It felt like the classes lasted soo long today. And today for lunch, there was Me, Helen, Renee, Tia, and Tias boyfriend, and we went to burger king. Oh and earlier I saw and talked to a boy who I met at Answer Camp like 2 years ago. It was good to talk to him again, his name is Tim, he was in my class and in my group so yeah I knew him, and i recognized him like on the first day, but i didnt say anything until now. But yeah that was cool to see him again. Today went better than yesterday did, so thats a good thing too. I had more fun in classes today =) Im hoping the rest of the day will be as good as it was today =) And today I didnt sleep in so thats good too, because yesterday we went to school late. But today was okay. Well ill write more tonight so laterz! =)
