Greetings,

On behalf of Alaska Humanities Forum, we are conducting a study of the Rose Urban Rural Exchange and its Sister School Exchange and  Educator Cross Cultural Immersion (formerly Teacher Training) programs. We would like to ask you some questions about your participation in the program. You are invited to complete an online survey that should take you about 15 minutes to complete. You can access the survey by clicking on the link below or copying and pasting the link into your Internet browser bar.

When you complete the online survey, you will be able to enter your name in a drawing for a free iPad. We look forward to reading your comments and thoughts about your experience as a participant in this program. Feel free to contact us at  RoseUrbanRuralExchange@gmail.com if you have any questions about this request or completion of the survey.

Thank you,

The RURE Evaluation Team

Orientation for Sister School Exchange teams traveling next semester is taking place this weekend, November 4-5, here in Anchorage. We are excited to get the group together and look forward to a jam-packed few months as teams are zig zagging across the state!

Exchanges are under way for our  Fall SSE teams. Service High School in Anchorage has returned from their journey to the South East Alaskan community of Thorne Bay. Amy McDonald and the Traveling Ambassadors from Throne Bay are visiting Anchorage now. This is the second year Service and Thorne Bay have exchanged with each other, check out their posts on the Destination Log

Our next team set to travel is Russian Mission. Watch for updates from them as they venture north to Fairbanks and exchagne with Ryan Middle School!
